Penn is committed to upholding its values and preventing discrimination and harassment in all forms, while at the same time embracing excellence, freedom of inquiry and expression, and respect. All members of the University community (current students, faculty, staff, and post-doctoral trainees) (“University Community”) play a role in upholding these values, and in reporting incidents of harassment and discrimination. Penn adheres to a strict policy that prohibits retaliation for reporting an incident of harassment in good faith.

This Report and Support page provides a central source of campus resources that aid the University in responding to concerns and complaints of discrimination and harassment. These resources also work to prevent such behavior, provide support, and respond as appropriate.
